Tatum Paxley believes big changes are coming to NXT — and she says the signs are already there.

While speaking to TMZ’s Inside the Ring, Paxley addressed the evolving landscape inside WWE’s developmental brand, especially following recent call-ups that have created openings across the roster.

According to Paxley, the changes happening behind the scenes are impossible to ignore. She pointed to talent moving up to the main roster as a major reason why new opportunities are starting to appear for others waiting to break through.

“Oh, there always is, you know, like there's always new people coming up, especially now that we have Evolve and we're, you know, promoting new faces and names all the time and we're getting so many call-ups that I hear like I have no idea, you know, we're always, you know, in the dark with that kind of thing, but I just, you know, I feel it. I feel a shift coming. I think we all feel a shift. And, you know, with, you know, people like Sol Ruca getting called up, Ethan Paige, like we have a lot of spots that are opening up. Those are two big names already, you know. So, that opens up a door for a lot of opportunities for a lot of people to come and challenge the champions that we have like myself.”

She didn’t stop there. Paxley made it clear she hopes those roster changes lead to even more fresh faces stepping into the spotlight and proving what they can do.

“So I really do feel a big shift coming and I hope we have a big shift. You know, I hope we get a lot of new names and faces and we can show the talent that we have in the performance center because we have a lot of it.”

With talent constantly moving between NXT and the main roster, Paxley’s comments suggest the women’s division could soon see new challengers stepping up — possibly changing the title picture in the process.
