CM Punk is set to kick off the August 7 episode of WWE SmackDown, putting one of the biggest names on the show in the opening segment just days after SummerSlam.

According to False Finish, Punk will be the first major act fans see when SmackDown goes live. That is not the only late update to the card. About an hour and a half before the show, Nick Aldis officially confirmed the United States Championship rematch between Baron Corbin and Trick Williams that had already been part of the early lineup.

Corbin won the title from Trick at SummerSlam after using the championship behind the referee’s back before hitting End of Days. The loss ended Williams’ 105-day reign and came only weeks after he introduced his custom white-fur U.S. Title. WWE has also confirmed Cody Rhodes will respond to Randy Orton’s SummerSlam return after Orton attacked Rhodes and cost him his WWE Championship opportunity.

The confirmed lineup for August 7 SmackDown includes:

  • CM Punk opens the show
  • Baron Corbin vs. Trick Williams for the WWE United States Championship
  • Kevin Owens to appear
  • Chelsea Green to appear
  • Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill
  • Cody Rhodes responds to Randy Orton’s return
