WWE Crown Jewel 2026 is just hours away, and it looks like Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn will have the final word in Saudi Arabia. The two champions are currently expected to close out the Premium Live Event in what could be one of the biggest matches of the night.
According to Viper Reports, the early match lineup has World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns vs. Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn scheduled as the main event of Crown Jewel. However, the running order is still preliminary, meaning WWE could make changes before the show gets underway.
The match carries plenty of history between the two stars. Zayn was once a key member of Roman Reigns’ Bloodline as the beloved “Honorary Uce” before their relationship fell apart. The two eventually reunited at WarGames in 2024, but things have taken another turn now that both men are holding WWE’s top championships.
Reigns has been operating differently since defeating CM Punk at WrestleMania 42, making a point of defending the World Heavyweight Championship without relying on his family. Zayn, meanwhile, has become increasingly aggressive since regaining the Undisputed WWE Championship, even resorting to questionable tactics to maintain his position at the top.
The tension between them has only gotten worse heading into Crown Jewel. Reigns questioned whether Zayn would even make it to the event as champion, while Sami fired back by demanding that Roman Reigns and everyone else acknowledge him.
If the early lineup holds, Reigns and Zayn will close the event after Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton are expected to kick things off with their Last Man Standing match. WWE also has Chelsea Green vs. Liv Morgan and a World Tag Team Championship match featuring Bron Breakker and Austin Theory against Penta and Je’Von Evans on the card.
WWE Crown Jewel 2026 takes place on November 7 at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Countdown Show begins at 10 AM ET, with the main card starting at 12 PM ET. Be sure to follow Ringside News’ Crown Jewel coverage for live results, major moments, and everything coming out of the event.
