Brock Rechsteiner already has ties to WWE through the company’s NIL program, but now he’s making it clear that pro wrestling is more than just a possibility for his future.

The son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner confirmed in a new interview with WDSU that he fully intends to step into the wrestling business once his football career comes to an end.

Rechsteiner, who recently signed with the Tennessee Titans after playing for Jacksonville State, explained that seeing his father and uncle Rick Steiner inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame pushed him toward the idea. While discussing his future plans, Rechsteiner admitted the moment stuck with him in a major way.

“It really inspired me when he got inducted into the Hall of Fame back in Dallas in 2022. That inspired me to, once I’m done playing football – I want to pursue football as long as I can, play as long as I can – but once I’m done, I’ll get into wrestling too.”

That wasn’t the only influence either. Rechsteiner also pointed directly at Bron Breakker as someone who has been pushing him toward the business even more.

According to Rechsteiner, the two spend plenty of time together outside the ring, including training and fishing back home in Georgia, and those conversations have only strengthened his interest in wrestling.

“I work out with him all the time back home. I go fishing with him a lot because he moved back to Georgia. He has really convinced me to, once I’m done playing football, to get into the wrestling business.”

Even with wrestling clearly on his mind, Rechsteiner stressed that football remains the current priority.

“I want to play football for as long as I can, give it the best shot I can, but once I’m done playing football, I’ll get into it, for sure.”

With the Steiner family legacy already deeply connected to WWE — and Bron Breakker quickly becoming one of the company’s biggest rising stars — Brock Rechsteiner entering wrestling feels less like a surprise and more like the next chapter waiting to happen.
