Randy Orton isn’t hiding how far he’s willing to go at WrestleMania 42, and his latest warning aimed at Cody Rhodes makes it clear he plans to leave Las Vegas with championship gold — no matter what happens to his opponent.

During a sit-down interview with Wade Barrett for WWE’s YouTube channel, Orton spoke about his long history with Cody Rhodes and the reality of what’s ahead at WrestleMania. While acknowledging their past friendship, Orton made it clear that loyalty won’t stop him from doing whatever it takes inside the ring. At one point in the conversation, Orton delivered one of the most intense statements of the interview when discussing the outcome he expects in Las Vegas.

“He's gonna leave Vegas, if he's lucky, on his own two feet, but I ain't walking out of Vegas without that title. And likely, he's gonna have to be carried out.”

The statement immediately shifted the tone of the discussion, showing that Orton is fully locked into a ruthless mindset ahead of his Undisputed WWE Championship opportunity. While he has openly expressed pride in Cody Rhodes’ journey back to the top, he also made it clear that respect won’t stop him from ending Cody’s title reign.

With WrestleMania 42 set to take place in Las Vegas, the stakes couldn’t be higher for both men. Orton is chasing his 15th world championship, while Rhodes is looking to defend the title he fought years to reclaim.

Orton has made it clear that sentiment and friendship won’t matter when the bell rings. His focus is on leaving Las Vegas as champion — even if it comes at Cody Rhodes’ expense.
