Otis is officially out of the picture after The Vision left him laid out on Monday Night RAW.

During the July 27 episode, Alpha Academy came up short against Bron Breakker and Austin Theory in tag team action. The beating did not stop once the bell rang, as Breakker and Theory continued attacking both Otis and Akira Tozawa after the match. Things got even worse when Theory grabbed a steel chair and smashed it into Otis’ head, leaving the “Bulldozer” down in the ring.

Later in the show, Byron Saxton announced that Otis would be out of action indefinitely because of the injuries he suffered during the attack.

The angle removes Otis from the equation while giving The Vision even more heat heading into SummerSlam. It also leaves Tozawa without his Alpha Academy partner following one of the group’s most vicious attacks yet. There is no word on when Otis will return to WWE television.

What do you think WWE has planned for Otis when he eventually comes back? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
