Matt Riddle’s partner, Misha Montana, is not just speaking for herself anymore — she’s standing up for the King of Bros too.
Misha was already fired up over what she says has been years of stress, court drama and people dragging their private life into public view. But once she started talking about Matt, she really dug in. According to Misha in her Instagram video, the public has no idea what they’ve been dealing with behind closed doors. She said plenty of people around them know exactly what has allegedly been going on, but she and Matt never wanted to play victims.
“No one knows what we’ve been through except the people around us. And there’s hundreds of people that know exactly what I’m talking about. And they’re like — and we’re not the type to be victims. I’m not a victim. I never wanted to do this. Matt is a reasonable — Matt is a wonderful f**ing man, despite what anyone says. That’s his little me baby. Reasonable man, courageous. One of the best athletes in the world that’s ever existed. He worked his ass off from nothing.”
Then Misha went straight at the idea that Riddle somehow does not deserve what he has. She said Matt had a hard life, started with nothing and still worked his way up to become one of the best athletes in the world. In her eyes, watching someone try to ruin that has been brutal.
“People think he doesn’t deserve what he has. You — he worked from nothing. He had a hard life and he worked his way up to the top to become one of the best athletes in the world. To let [someone] ruin his s*, it’s annoying. It’s exhausting. It’s fing crippling to watch people with no fing spine or moral or any fing sense of dignity get away with the s that they’re getting away with because we have more dignity, so we can’t say s***. This is insane.”
And just so there’s no confusion, Misha did not name Lisa Riddle in these comments. Since Matt Riddle’s ex-wife is part of the ongoing personal and legal situation, people may connect the dots, but Misha never directly said Lisa’s name here. By the end of the video, Misha’s anger seemed to give way to exhaustion. She apologized to fans for being absent and said she hopes the next few months bring some kind of normal life back. She said she wants to focus on love, healing and the things that actually matter.
“I love you all to death. I’m sorry for this. I’m sorry for my absence. I’m sorry I’ve allowed evil to control a large part of my existence. And I hope in the next couple months we can get back to normal and get back to things that matter and love and focus and try to heal from this. And this is what’s going on. And all I ask for is your understanding and your support. And if you can’t provide any of that, then so be it too.
This is my truth. I always speak it. And I just hope you keep an objective ear and try to understand what’s going on. But it has been hell. And many people in our lives would testify to that and they will be so. So yay. Can’t wait. Thanks for dragging everyone’s lives into the public for no reason. Screenshot that ’cause she will. Evil. So yeah, love you all. Please live your lives with love and I’ll be back soon. Love you guys. Podcast still coming by the way. Podcast still coming. Love you.”
So, Misha is standing ten toes down for Matt Riddle. She says he came from nothing, earned what he has and does not deserve to have his life torn apart. And while she never named Lisa Riddle in this part of the video, she made it clear she believes this whole situation has taken over way too much of their lives.
