Matt Riddle’s partner, Misha Montana, says her Instagram page has basically become legal ammo — and she’s pissed.
Misha took to Instagram with a video and said she finally decided to speak out because things she put online have allegedly ended up in court documents. According to her, she and Riddle tried to keep the whole thing private for three years, but that clearly didn’t work.
“And I would say that in court, which I will have to say in court, by the way, because I have mentioned things publicly. I have mentioned things publicly that have now been used against me and are now court documents, which is why I’m doing this. Because we’ve decided. And here’s the thing. We’ve tried everything. People can say whatever the f*** they want because they’re biased and weird and stupid. We’ve tried everything for three years to, like, resolve these problems. Because our children are the most important things to me and Matt. They’re not to another party, which you’ll soon be made very well aware of what I’m talking about because it’s public record, right? So we have to do this.”
Then it got even messier. Misha claimed someone has been watching her life online for years through fake profiles, even after getting blocked over and over again. She says screenshots of her life have been collected for three years, which is why she barely posts anymore.
“So keep in mind, this has been blocked about 50 times because she has 50 fake profiles now in court. I see. Pause, slow down. Screenshots of every part of my life for three years. And now you all wonder why I don’t post anything. How can I? If I post Easter at church, it’s used against me in court somehow. What the f** is this? Like, I can’t. So, with all due respect, you wonder why things happen. It’s like reaction is from an action.”
And if that wasn’t bizarre enough, Misha says even her dog got dragged into the fight. She claimed her dog has been used as an exhibit in court because the other side knows how much she loves it. Misha said she would rather focus on her kids, her life and love — not deal with pictures of her dog becoming part of a court case.
“I’m sorry because it’s not what I would choose to focus on. I would choose to focus on my kids and life and love and not take pictures of someone’s dog. Also my dog. My dog is now weaponized against me ’cause she knows how much I love that dog. So the dog is now used as an exhibit in a court case against me. I mean, talk about evil and cruel. I just — there’s no other words. And you can disagree, but that’s because you don’t know. So now you do.”
For the record, Misha did not name Lisa Riddle in these comments. Since Matt Riddle’s ex-wife is part of the ongoing personal and legal situation, people may connect the dots, but Misha never directly said Lisa’s name here.
Bottom line, Misha says her posts, her private life and even her dog are being used against her in court. She says they tried to handle things quietly for years, but now that her life is allegedly being turned into evidence, she’s done staying silent.
