Mercedes Moné has officially run out of patience with WWE return questions. This time, she didn’t politely shut one down. She roasted the fan instead.
It all started when someone jumped into Moné’s Instagram comments with a message that wrestling fans have been sending her ever since she signed with AEW.
“needa bring yo fine ass back to WWE.”
Moné wasted absolutely no time firing back, as she called the fan ugly and told him to watch her in AEW instead, saying, “imma need your ugly ass to watch AEW.” That was the entire response. Short, brutal and enough to send the comment section into overdrive.
If anyone still thinks Moné is secretly teasing a WWE comeback, they’ve clearly missed the last several months. She’s been shutting those rumors down every chance she gets, and this latest clapback might be her most savage yet. Earlier this year, another fan asked when she’d finally return to WWE. Her answer: “when they induct me into the HOF.”
She’s also brushed off requests to wrestle Alexa Bliss again by telling fans to head over to YouTube, and she’s openly admitted she’s exhausted by people constantly asking when she’s going back to her former company.
“For the love of all of my fans, please don’t start asking me when I’m coming back to ‘you know where.’ I’m in a good mood, I’m in a good place. I’m tired of that question.”
At this point, Moné isn’t dropping hints. She’s dropping insults. The former WWE star has made it crystal clear that her focus is AEW, and judging by her latest response, anyone showing up in her comments begging for a WWE return should probably expect to get roasted instead of rewarded.
