The Young Bucks didn’t let the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge stop with them. Just days after Matt and Nick Jackson accepted Britt Baker’s nomination, the challenge spread to another group of AEW stars, with Anna Jay revealing that she, Jack Perry and Luchasaurus all answered the call in support of Rebel.
Anna shared the videos on Instagram, showing all three getting drenched with buckets of ice water before nominating the next round of participants to keep the challenge moving. Jack Perry kicked things off by explaining why they were taking part before calling out the next names.
“Alright, guys, we’re here. We’re gonna do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in support of our friend Rebel. I’m gonna nominate David Arquette, Marko Stunt, Tommy Invincible, and Hook.”
Luchasaurus followed by handing out his own nominations: “I’m gonna nominate Daddy Magic, Nick Wayne, and world champion of Knicks, Jose Alvarado.” Anna Jay closed out the trio’s videos with a list of her own.
“I’m gonna nominate Lexy Nair, Julia Hart, Chris Jericho, and Vanilla Mace.”
The videos came shortly after the Young Bucks completed the challenge on their YouTube channel after being nominated by Britt Baker. Before dumping the ice water over their heads, Matt Jackson encouraged fans to support Rebel by purchasing her shirt through ShopAEW or donating directly to I Am ALS, while both Jackson brothers nominated several wrestlers and celebrities to keep the challenge spreading.
Now, that challenge has already reached another wave of AEW names, with Jack Perry, Anna Jay and Luchasaurus becoming the latest wrestlers to join the campaign and pass it on.
