Dragon Lee’s name is back in the rumor mill. A year after reports surfaced that WWE wanted to lock him into a new contract, another update suggests both his and his brother Dralistico’s futures could soon be up in the air.
Back in October 2025, it was reported that WWE wanted to re-sign Dragon Lee after officials were said to be impressed with his performance against Dominik Mysterio at AAA Héroes Inmortales. The belief at the time was that Lee had become an important part of WWE’s plans, and the company wanted to get a new deal done before his contract expired.
Now, there’s another interesting twist. According to Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer, both Dragon Lee and Dralistico are nearing the end of their current contracts. Alvarez also noted that the brothers have trademarked the name “Hermanos Lee.”
“Dragon Lee and Dralistico both have deals expiring fairly soon, and interestingly enough they have trademarked the name HERMANOS LEE.”
That’s enough to get people talking. Lee is still with WWE and is coming off an Intercontinental Championship match against Chad Gable on the September 14 episode of RAW in Mexico City. He’s also set to compete in a Money in the Bank qualifying match against Solo Sikoa and Dominik Mysterio on this Monday’s RAW.
Dralistico, meanwhile, remains with AEW, although he hasn’t wrestled for the company since the June 6 Collision taping, where he teamed with Rush and Sammy Guevara in a losing effort for the AEW World Trios Championship.
Bottom line: The trademark doesn’t necessarily mean the brothers are headed to the same company, but with both contracts winding down, it’s definitely an interesting development to keep an eye on.
