Brooke Hogan says she didn’t just get less screen time in the new Hulk Hogan Netflix documentary — she feels like she was erased completely.

While speaking with Bubba the Love Sponge, Brooke Hogan opened up about how she was portrayed in the documentary, claiming her role in her father’s life and career was minimized to the point of being nonexistent.

“Literally buried—like, oh, she doesn’t exist.”

The conversation quickly turned personal, with Brooke explaining how the portrayal impacted her emotionally, especially given her long-standing loyalty to her father, Hulk Hogan.

“If that’s the case, I couldn’t feel less like my father’s daughter now—I feel so less loved. I was shocked that my undying loyalty and commitment, and all of it—I never wanted anything but my dad’s respect and love.”

She didn’t stop there. Brooke claimed the documentary left out major parts of her story — including key details about her music career and how the family’s reality show actually came together.

“The onset of the show didn’t happen the way it was portrayed… It was Lou Pearlman saying, ‘If Brooke’s gonna do music, she needs a TV show.’… Me doing music was the highest-rated special that ended up getting the show. We missed major milestones.”

Brooke also suggested that the documentary avoided more controversial aspects of the story, saying certain realities were left out entirely.

“The documentary missed tons of affairs, multiple different situations with substances.”

As the conversation continued, Brooke Hogan described the overall experience as deeply unsettling, comparing her life to something staged rather than authentic, similar to The Truman Show.

“I felt very much like…the level of betrayal—it feels like as a whole, as a family as a whole, as a piece, as a life—the whole life feels like The Truman Show.”

This puts a focus on a different side of the documentary — not just what was included, but what Brooke says was left out. Instead of celebrating her role, she’s framing it as a major omission that’s now affecting how she sees both the project and her place in it.

If more reactions like this start coming out, the conversation around the documentary could shift quickly — because right now, Brooke isn’t just criticizing it, she’s calling into question how the story was told altogether.

Do you think Brooke Hogan should have had a bigger role in the documentary, or is this just a difference in perspective on how the story was presented? Drop your thoughts below.
