Brooke Hogan is raising even more questions about the circumstances surrounding Hulk Hogan’s death, and this time she’s focusing on what happened when she was allowed to see her father’s body.
During Brooke’s appearance on Bubba the Love Sponge’s podcast, she continued to challenge aspects of the official investigation into Hogan’s July 2025 death. While Clearwater Police have closed the case and ruled Hogan’s passing a natural death, Brooke says there are still details that don’t add up.
One of her biggest concerns remains the autopsy. Brooke pointed out that Hogan’s death certificate reportedly does not indicate that an autopsy was performed, despite her belief that one clearly took place. She then questioned why the death certificate would not reflect an autopsy if one had actually been conducted.
“They classified it as a heart attack, mind you, before they even did an autopsy. So we’re not sure if it was something like a blockage that hit his heart—they decided that before they even did an autopsy. Wouldn’t you amend his death certificate? And yes, there was an autopsy—because right now his death certificate, a public record, says no autopsy. So why wouldn’t you be like, ‘Yeah, we did an autopsy, it’s on his death certificate, it lines up, so whatever’?”
The conversation took an even more surprising turn when Brooke revealed that her phone was taken away before she was allowed to view Hogan’s body. According to Brooke, she found that very weird because she believes everyone involved should have known she would never take photos of her deceased father.
“Unless I was looking at a dummy laying there in the coffin—which I also think it’s weird they took my phone from me when I’m his daughter, like I’m going to go be a mark and take pictures of my dead dad and put them on Instagram—I think all those people know I’m not that kind of person.”
Brooke Hogan then explained why she remains convinced that an autopsy was performed, saying she personally observed what appeared to be autopsy markings on Hogan’s body, assuming it was her father’s body to begin with.
“They took my phone from me. But unless I was looking at a dummy, I saw the autopsy marks—a cut like a V on his chest—so there was an autopsy done, if that was my real dad laying there that I saw.”
These remarks come after Brooke previously questioned why Hogan’s final death certificate allegedly does not mention an autopsy and challenged parts of the Clearwater Police report regarding the WWE Hall of Famer’s final hours.
As more details emerge, Brooke Hogan is determined to keep seeking answers about what happened in the days following Hulk Hogan’s passing and why certain records allegedly do not match what she says she witnessed firsthand.
