Brooke Hogan still has serious questions about what happened in Hulk Hogan’s final moments. Even though Clearwater Police have closed the investigation into the WWE legend’s July 2025 death and ruled it natural, Brooke is now questioning the autopsy, the death certificate, and who was actually with her father before he died.

During her appearance on Bubba the Love Sponge, Brooke said she was the person who requested an autopsy in the first place. She also claimed she even offered to pay for it herself, but she does not understand why it was not listed on Hogan’s final death certificate.

“I asked for the autopsy. I was the one who asked for it. I offered to pay for it. But instead, they’re going to babyface it—‘No, no, no, we’ll do it.’ Okay, then why didn’t you list an autopsy on his final death certificate?”

Brooke then suggested that the autopsy could contain information that does not match the official version of events. She said no one has given her the information she has been asking for.

“Unless that autopsy contains something that doesn’t align with your narrative. I asked for it publicly, and no one’s trying to give it to me—like, ‘Brooke, shut up, here it is.’ It all lines up.”

Brooke also took issue with the police report’s account of Hogan’s final moments. According to the report, Hogan was at home with his wife, Sky Hogan, and two healthcare workers when he stopped breathing, but Brooke said that version does not sit right with her.

“So now I go through what the Clearwater Police report said—or whatever their bogus statement is. First of all, I want to know—one nurse arrived at 7 and then another at 10. So they’re both there.”

Brooke said the story she heard involved Sky Hogan telling Nick Hogan not to come to the house and to go straight to the hospital instead. She said that may have made sense at first, but she still has questions about why Sky was allegedly the one who noticed Hogan was not breathing.

“The story I got from Nick, and the story that Sky told Nick—because Sky told Nick, ‘Don’t come to the house, go straight to the hospital.’ This is the story I’ve been told. So you guys can come after me and do whatever you want.”

Brooke then questioned why two medical professionals were allegedly in the house, yet Sky was the person who noticed Hogan was not breathing.

“What I find hard to believe is that Sky was the only one who noticed him not breathing. There are two medical professionals there, and only Sky noticed he wasn’t breathing. It says when McCamey went to check his vitals, there were no vitals. He was dead.”

She also pointed to wording in the report that said the nurses “came back,” asking where they had been before checking on Hogan.

“In the middle of the report, when both nurses came back—came back from where? Where did they come back from? Did they go up to poop or something? Why were both nurses gone, that they had to come back from somewhere? Why was he unattended to the point it was Sky who had noticed?”

Clearwater Police have closed the investigation into Hulk Hogan’s death, but Brooke Hogan is clearly not satisfied with the answers. Her comments show she still wants clarity on the autopsy, the death certificate, and the timeline of what happened inside Hogan’s home before he passed away.

This situation remains deeply personal for the Hogan family, and Brooke’s latest remarks show that she is still looking for answers beyond the official police conclusion.
