Brooke Hogan is tearing into the people who showed up on WWE television to honor her father after his death, accusing them of barely giving him the time of day when he was still alive.
Hulk Hogan’s daughter shared a photo of WWE’s tribute to her father and made a brutal accusation about the stars and legends standing on that stage. According to Brooke, not a single person pictured spent more than an hour visiting him in the hospital, and some didn’t bother showing up at all.
The picture showed dozens of WWE Superstars, legends, and company officials standing together with their heads lowered as the company paid tribute to Hogan following his death the previous day. Brooke wasn’t impressed by the public display of respect. She put one message across the photo, taking aim at everyone standing on that stage.
“Not ONE of these people stayed longer than an hour in the hospital… if they even showed.”
That’s a serious accusation against the people WWE gathered to honor one of the biggest names in wrestling history. Brooke is claiming that the same people who stood together for a televised tribute couldn’t make time for her father when he was still alive and dealing with his health problems.
The tribute featured Triple H alongside WWE Superstars and wrestling legends as the company held a ten-bell salute for Hogan. WWE also aired a video looking back at his career, celebrating his accomplishments and the role he played in turning professional wrestling into a global business. But Brooke clearly has a different perspective on how some of those people treated her father behind the scenes. Instead of naming one or two individuals, she posted the entire group photo and made her accusation against everyone pictured.
Her latest post comes after she spent the previous day expressing her anger over the sale of Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater Beach mansion. Brooke explained how much the home meant to her, recalling time spent with her father in the garage, watching television together, listening to music, and being there during his recovery from multiple surgeries.
She also accused unnamed people of using her father for financial gain and selling the property for profit. The mansion sold for $5.9 million after originally being listed for $10.989 million, leaving Brooke furious that a home filled with family memories was gone.
Now her frustration has shifted to the wrestling business itself. Brooke appears to have little patience for the people who participated in WWE’s tribute when she believes they failed to show up for her father during his hospital stays.
What do you think about Brooke Hogan accusing the people at WWE’s Hulk Hogan tribute of barely visiting him in the hospital? Was she right to put the entire group on blast? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
