Hulk Hogan’s beachfront Florida mansion has officially been sold more than a year after his death. The late WWE legend’s Clearwater property went for $5.9 million, a massive drop from the nearly $11 million asking price it hit the market with earlier this year.

According to TMZ, Hogan’s estate has now offloaded the 5,400-square-foot mansion. The property was originally listed for $10.989 million in January, meaning the final sale came in roughly $5 million below that initial asking price.

The mansion was more than just another piece of Hogan’s real estate portfolio. He bought the Clearwater Beach property for $3.3 million back in 2012 and spent his final years there before his death on July 24, 2025.

The beachfront home features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a massive 1,000-square-foot primary suite. That suite includes a sitting area, Gulf-facing terrace, morning bar, spa-style bathroom and huge walk-in closet.

Hogan’s estate also managed to sell another property right next door. His 2,062-square-foot guest cottage, which has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, reportedly went for another $2.8 million. It’s unclear whether the same buyer picked up both properties. If they did, the combined purchases would come to $8.7 million for Hogan’s mansion and neighboring cottage.

The mansion first went on the market about six months after Hogan’s death with an asking price just shy of $11 million. His longtime friend Martha Thorn of the Thorn Collection and Coldwell Banker Realty handled the listing.

The sale also comes while Hogan’s estate has been dealing with other matters following his death. Celebrity branding firm Carma HoldCo Inc. filed a lawsuit seeking at least $10 million in damages over allegations involving Hogan’s Real American Beer venture, claims that Hogan’s side has disputed.

Whatever happens with those separate legal issues, one major piece of Hogan’s estate has now changed hands. The Clearwater mansion where the wrestling icon spent his final years is officially under new ownership, along with his neighboring guest cottage.
