Dave Meltzer reported in the latest installment of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Batista is serious about returning to WWE for a final lengthily (six months to a year) full-time run.

If Batista was to return he could to a Goldberg or Brock Lesnar schedule, where he works a few dates, however the belief is Batista is looking for more of a regular schedule, so it’s possible he could work a schedule similar to Chris Jericho.

One issue that could arise is if Batista signed a WWE deal would be if he received an offer from Hollywood during his WWE contract duration. Batista and the film company would have to loop WWE into negotiations because they own your contract once you sign. This could make things more difficult for Batista if he did decide to do a final run with WWE.
