AEW isn’t done loading up the All In Buy-In. Just hours before the action begins at Wembley Stadium, the company added a huge eight-man tag team match to the pre-show.
Shortly after the August 29 episode of AEW Collision ended, AEW took to social media to announce that Lio Rush, Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz and The Bad Reed will team against ROH World Television Champion Action Andretti, HOOK, Katsuyori Shibata and Anthony Bowens.
The match brings together eight wrestlers with wildly different styles. Rush, Xavier and Wentz can fly all over the ring, while The Bad Reed gives their side the kind of power that could flatten everyone standing across from him.
This is the second match added to the Buy-In following Maya World’s challenge to Persephone. World will defend the TBS Championship against the CMLL Women’s Champion after Persephone attacked her with the title and pinned her during a six-woman tag team match on Dynamite. With an eight-man tag, two championship matches and the Trios Roulette Royale now filling out the pre-show, AEW is treating the Buy-In like its own event.
