Alexa Bliss is now wearing an arm sling after Jade Cargill destroyed her arm on SmackDown.

Little Miss Bliss took to her Instagram Story and shared a new photo showing her arm in a sling, just three days after Cargill trapped it inside a steel chair and crushed it following their match on the July 10, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown.

The update comes after Bliss previously posted a photo showing heavy bruising across the same arm, simply writing: “Welp this wasnt on my bingo card.” Now she’s gone a step further.

The sling is the first sign that Bliss is still dealing with the aftermath of Cargill’s attack, although it’s still unclear whether WWE is simply extending the storyline outside television or whether Bliss is legitimately injured and the angle was designed to write her off TV.

Either way, the attack achieved exactly what Cargill wanted. After pinning Bliss on SmackDown, Cargill refused to leave it there. While Michin and B-Fab held Charlotte Flair back, she grabbed a steel chair, trapped Bliss’ arm inside it and drove the chair into the mat as Charlotte watched helplessly from ringside.

Earlier in the night, Cargill warned Charlotte that if anything happened to Alexa, it would be her fault. By the end of the show, she made sure Charlotte had a front-row seat to the entire assault.

Whether the sling is part of the fallout from Cargill’s attack or a sign that something more serious happened behind the scenes remains to be seen. One thing is clear, though—Bliss’ arm still isn’t looking good.
