Alexa Bliss walked out of the July 10, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown on her own, but she didn’t walk away without a reminder of what Jade Cargill did to her.
Not long after the show ended, Bliss posted a photo on Twitter showing nasty bruising across her arm and elbow—the same arm Cargill targeted during her vicious post-match assault. She didn’t have much to say about it either.
“Welp this wasnt on my bingo card.”
The photo gave fans a closer look at what happened after the cameras caught Cargill snapping. Cargill had already beaten Bliss earlier in the night after connecting with a bicycle kick and Jaded. Most wrestlers would’ve taken the win and moved on.
Jade wasn’t interested in doing that. Charlotte Flair rushed into the ring to check on Bliss, but before she could get anywhere near her, Michin and B-Fab jumped Charlotte and held her back. That gave Cargill all the time she needed. She grabbed a steel chair, trapped Bliss’s arm inside it, and drove the chair down into the mat while Bliss screamed in pain. Charlotte could only watch as Cargill finished what she started.
The attack wasn’t exactly out of nowhere, either. Earlier in the night, Cargill warned Charlotte that if anything happened to Alexa, the blame belonged to her. By the end of SmackDown, she’d made good on that promise.
Either way, Cargill got exactly what she wanted. She beat Bliss, hurt her after the bell and made sure Charlotte had a front-row seat for every second of it. Now Alexa has put the damage online for everyone else to see. Jade wanted to send a warning and judging by Bliss’ arm, she did a whole lot more than that.
