Alberto Del Rio now has a trial date days after he was indicted by a Texas Grand Jury. He is facing charges of second degree sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping.

Back in May, the former WWE Champion was arrested and charged with a second degree sexual assault felony and aggravated kidnapping. The main charge is aggravated kidnapping.
According to PW Insider, Del Rio’s day in court will come on January 25th, 2021.
