AEW WrestleDream is almost here, and the latest betting odds have painted a pretty clear picture of who the oddsmakers expect to walk out with gold.
BetOnline.ag has released betting lines for the WrestleDream card, and several champions are overwhelming favorites. Will Ospreay, The Young Bucks, Jon Moxley and Mercedes Moné are all sitting at huge negative numbers, while a few matches are much tighter heading into the show.
The biggest favorite on the entire card is The Young Bucks. Matt and Nick Jackson are listed at a staggering -5000 to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championship against Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight, who enter as +1200 underdogs.
That line is especially interesting after Fletcher and Knight attacked the Bucks following their title defense on Collision. Ringside News covered the angle leading into WrestleDream, where the Don Callis Family duo made it clear that they were coming after the championships.
AEW World Champion Will Ospreay is another massive favorite. Ospreay sits at -2000 in the Clockwork Carnage Match, putting him well ahead of every challenger in the field.
Adam Copeland currently has the second-best odds at +800, followed by Samoa Joe at +900, Konosuke Takeshita at +1000, Darby Allin at +1200, Kazuchika Okada at +1400, Ricochet at +1600 and Mike Bailey at +2000.
The field came together during AEW’s final Dynamite and Collision block before the pay-per-view. Ringside News previously covered Adam Copeland, Takeshita, Okada, Ricochet and Darby Allin qualifying for Clockwork Carnage, setting up one of the most crowded World Championship matches on the card.
Jon Moxley is also receiving very little resistance from the betting market. The AEW Continental Champion is listed at -3000 against Mark Davis, who sits at +900.
Moxley’s championship defense was made official after Davis earned his opportunity by scoring the deciding fall in tag team action. Ringside News covered Moxley vs. Davis being added to WrestleDream, and the betting line now has Moxley positioned as one of the safest picks of the night.
Mercedes Moné is another champion entering WrestleDream as a huge favorite. The AEW Women’s World Champion is sitting at -1500 against Thekla, who is listed at +600. Thekla earned her championship opportunity by defeating Willow Nightingale at All Out after interference from the Sisters of Sin. Ringside News covered Thekla securing her shot at Mercedes, but the current odds suggest the betting market doesn’t expect her to finish the job at WrestleDream.
The AEW TBS Championship four-way also has a clear favorite. Persephone sits at -500, while Queen Aminata is +325, Dani Luna is +650 and Hyan is the biggest underdog in the match at +900.
The National Championship match is much closer. Andrade El Idolo is only a -200 favorite over Tommaso Ciampa at +150, making it one of the more competitive championship lines on the show. Their match was officially locked in during the final Dynamite before WrestleDream, after weeks of Ciampa making it clear that he wanted Andrade’s title. Ringside News covered Andrade vs. Ciampa being added to WrestleDream.
The AEW World Trios Championship match also has a noticeable favorite, with Swerve Strickland and The New Level sitting at -400 against Adam Page and Brodido at +250.
Not every match has an obvious pick, though. Nick Wayne and Chris Jericho are both listed at -120 in their singles match, making that bout essentially even according to the current odds.
Motor City Machine Guns vs. FTR is another close one. Motor City Machine Guns are slight -135 favorites, while FTR sits at -105.
The women’s tag team match goes in the opposite direction, with Divine Dominion installed as heavy -900 favorites against the Sisters of Sin at +500.

Betting odds can move right up until bell time, but these numbers make one thing pretty obvious: the oddsmakers aren’t expecting many of AEW’s biggest champions to lose at WrestleDream. Still, with names like Ospreay, Moxley, Mercedes and the Young Bucks carrying enormous favorite status, one major upset could blow up the entire board.
