AEW is stepping up for Rebel in a big way after her heartbreaking ALS diagnosis.
On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, AEW announced the launch of the Rebel Heart merchandise line in honor of the AEW talent Rebel. The new line includes a #RebelHeart tee and bracelet, with all profits going toward organizations that support people affected by ALS.
The move comes after Rebel publicly revealed on May 1 that she had been diagnosed with terminal ALS. Rebel was previously part of AEW as Britt Baker’s manager, and the company has continued to show support for her since she shared the news.
AEW announced the new merchandise line on social media, making it clear that the project is tied directly to Rebel and Lou Gehrig Day.
“Join us in supporting a cause close to our hearts: #RebelHeart tee and bracelet – both available now on @ShopAEW in honor of @RebelTanea and #LouGehrigDay. 100% of profits go to @iamalsorg and @TeamGleason, benefiting those affected by ALS. @AEWTogether ❤️”
This latest show of support follows an emotional scene at AEW Double or Nothing, where several AEW personalities were seen wearing red #REBELHEART wristbands during the show. Before the pay-per-view went live, Dustin Rhodes shared a photo of one of the wristbands on social media and sent a message directly to Rebel.
“Love you @RebelTanea”
The support was visible throughout the night. Mick Foley, who made his first-ever AEW appearance alongside Renee Paquette on the Buy In, was also spotted wearing one of the wristbands, making the message even more powerful on one of AEW’s biggest nights of the year.
AEW had already acknowledged Rebel during Collision after she revealed her diagnosis. Tony Schiavone delivered an on-air message letting Rebel know that the company was behind her, and Rebel later thanked AEW and the locker room online for the support and kind words she received.
Tony Khan also spoke about Rebel during the Double or Nothing post-show press conference, further showing that AEW’s support has gone beyond just one social media post or television mention.
Now, with the Rebel Heart merch line, AEW is giving fans a way to support Rebel while also helping organizations connected to ALS awareness and assistance. The tee and bracelet are available through ShopAEW, with 100% of profits going to I AM ALS and Team Gleason.
Rebel’s diagnosis has clearly hit the AEW locker room hard, and the company is making sure she knows she is not facing this alone. From television shoutouts to Double or Nothing wristbands and now an official merchandise line, AEW is turning that support into action.
AEW launching the Rebel Heart line is a strong gesture for someone who meant a lot to the locker room during her time with the company. It also gives fans a chance to be part of something bigger while supporting Rebel and others impacted by ALS.
