Many fans wondered if Randy Orton was going to win the King of The Ring tournament after it was announced he would be part of the tournament. He faced GUNTHER in the finals of this year’s tournament and a decisive winner was confirmed.

The Viper had secured his place in the finals of the King of the Ring tournament, where he will face Monday Night Raw’s GUNTHER. Orton earned his spot in the finals by defeating AJ Styles, Carmelo Hayes, and Tama Tonga. Meanwhile, GUNTHER booked his ticket to the finals with victories over Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, and ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso.

As seen during the King and Queen of The Ring Premium Live Event, Randy Orton took on GUNTHER in the finals of the King of The Ring tournament and the excitement was truly palpable. Both competitors gave it their all, as GUNTHER beat up Orton with his brutal chops while Orton used his veteran instants to counter GUNTHER.

When the dust settled, it was The Ring General who picked up the win, much to the approval of fans. Of course, this means that he will be challenging for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, so we will have to wait and see how their feud will be booked till then.
