Last month, Sting and Darby Allin secured the AEW Tag Team Championship title and successfully defended their belts against The Young Bucks at AEW Revolution. In light of his retirement match this past week, Sting has once again given love to Darby Allin.

In the AEW Revolution pay-per-view’s main event, Sting and Darby Allin defended their AEW World Tag Team Titles against The Young Bucks. The match included various callbacks and emotional moments, providing a memorable experience for the attending fans. Sting and Darby Allin would successfully retain their titles in the end.

Almost a week removed from his legendary retirement match, the WWE Hall of Famer took to his Twitter and uploaded a few photos of himself alongside Darby Allin at AEW Revolution, as he called Allin the best tag team partner he ever had.

Sting also set the record straight on his future plans in AEW. AEW Revolution will forever be remembered as one of the greatest events in AEW history and a fantastic sendoff to Sting’s legendary career.
