Naomi Makes WWE Return During Women’s 2024 Royal Rumble Match

Over a year has passed since Naomi made her exit from the WWE, where she held the position of one-half of the WWE Women’s Champions, alongside her tag team partner Sasha Banks.

After her departure, Naomi maintained a low profile, staying out of the public eye for an extended period. Eventually, she inked contract with Impact Wrestling, now known as TNA, adopting the ring name Trinity Fatu. During her brief tenure with the organization, she achieved the remarkable feat of capturing the Knockouts World Championship.

However, her contract with the company came to an end recently and it has since been reported that Naomi indicated that she is headed for the WWE and even name-dropped the Royal Rumble.

Tonight was the 2024 Royal Rumble which kicked off with the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Natalya entered the match in the number one spot. For the second spot, it was Naomi who returned back to the WWE to a big pop from the WWE Universe. Naomi is now officially back in the WWE.

Based on the reaction she received upon her return, it looks like WWE fans are ecstatic to see the former Women’s Champion back in the company. We will have to wait and see if she will be able to replicate her past success during her second run in the company.
