In the world of Twitter, a fiery exchange took place involving Jinder Mahal, Tony Khan, and some other notable personalities. Jinder Mahal’s response to Tony Khan’s remarks garnered substantial fan support, leading to trending on Twitter. In light of Khan’s Twitter debacle, Booker T came to Jinder Mahal’s defense.

Tony Khan, expressing frustration with the USA Network’s trolling, posted a tweet where Jinder Mahal shockingly became collateral damage. Khan faced criticism for involving Mahal in the discussion.

“A double standard: @730hook 28-1 career record, on winning streak calls out the Champ, a logical challenge sparks online outrage Jinder has literally lost every single match he’s in for the past year, immediately gets title shot, where is the rage #AEWDynamite TOMORROW on TBS.“

Jinder Mahal responded cleverly to Tony Khan, questioning the identity of FTW Champion Hook and promoting WWE’s Monday Night Raw on the USA Network. Despite the initial retort, he eventually deleted the tweet after exercising better judgment.

Many people defended Jinder Mahal for good reason. While speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T addressed Tony Khan’s Twitter meltdown and his shot at Jinder Mahal, as he defended Mahal and gave massive props to Mahal for his segment with The Rock.

That’s so funny to me being an insider, man. Being a guy that’s been in this business for more than 30 years and to hear someone like Tony Khan talk about 28-1 winning streak like – bro come on we all know what this business is, okay? Jinder Mahal is doing some of his best work. He’s believable, he’s playing a role he’s been put in that position for a certain reason, to spark a certain reaction… The pop The Rock got it was because of Jinder Mahal had a huge part of that.

And then [for Tony Khan] to talk about a championship opportunity. We were just talking about that just yesterday. Conner McGregor come back he’s going to get a title shot. Colby Covington come back he’s going to get a title shot. You don’t have to be a winner to get a title shot. Especially in professional wrestling, it’s all about the entertainment more than anything. I think, from my perspective, that’s the only thing it’s always been about as far as this business goes is entertainment and for Tony Khan to really start to look at this business like that, it concerns me more than anything.”

Jinder Mahal even boasted about dominating Twitter after the whole ordeal. With a World Heavyweight Title match scheduled for RAW next week, many fans believe Jinder Mahal should prioritize focusing on preparing for this significant opportunity and leave Tony Khan behind. It is evident that Khan has inadvertently helped make Jinder Mahal a bigger star.
