CM Punk’s First Singles Match Since WWE Return Unveiled

CM Punk made a shocking return to WWE at the 2023 Survivor Series event. He hasn’t wrestled since returning, but that will change soon enough.

CM Punk announced that he is in the 2024 Royal Rumble match. Only time will tell if he wins, because the only other entrant so far is Cody Rhodes. Punk will wrestle before the Royal Rumble after all, and it could be a notable in-ring outing.

The KIA Forum is now promoting that CM Punk will wrestle for WWE this month, on New Year’s Eve eve. That December 30th match will take place in Los Angeles at the KIA Forum, and his opponent will be one of the most hated men in WWE, Dominik Mysterio.

CM Punk vs. Dominik Mysterio has been announced for the 12/30 WWE live event at the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, CA.

CM Punk already showed some interest in wrestling Dominik Mysterio. He dropped an Instagram story days after his WWE return, an old photo where Punk was pointing at a young Dominik in a WWE ring. It seems that match is going to happen.

We will have to see how that match turns out. It appears that it might not be televised, but we’re sure that there will be plenty of fan videos from the match.
