WWE is preparing for a big Survivor Series show in Chicago on November 25th, and many fans wondered if WWE would bring Punk into the show. That doesn’t appear to be happening, but Booker T believes that it could still happen.

CM Punk posted cryptic message about people missing him. As Ringside News exclusively reported, WWE and CM Punk are not talking. WWE actually rejected CM Punk’s advances when he tried to send feelers out.

Ringside News exclusively reported that there are no such talks between WWE and CM Punk. There were still plenty of stories, and hope, that CM Punk will return to the company anyway.

While speaking about this on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T revealed that he can actually picture CM Punk going back to WWE. Right now, it’s all about doing what’s best for business. This may be putting Booker T’s neck out there, but it is still his opinion, as he readily admitted.

“I could see CM Punk wanting to find his way back into the WWE. I could see that. We’re talking about it right now. Also, I’m gonna go out on a limb here. I’m not gonna put it past WWE hiring him back. I don’t know, I can’t say. But I do know that just about everybody that’s left WWE has come back, no matter what problems they’ve had. Even The Ultimate Warrior, I don’t think anybody thought The Ultimate Warrior would come back.”

CM Punk has privately told people that he is not in talks with WWE. That won’t stop reports and rumors from flying all over the place, especially as WWE prepares to bring Survivor Series to Chicago on November 25th.

Although it was stated that WWE would keep any CM Punk talks secret, that isn’t the case. There are enough people, including Punk himself, who are denying that he is making a return, so that should help clear things up.

WWE is in a booming period, so they don’t need to spike viewership numbers or ticket buys. They are breaking records all the time, and the company is aiming for a legit sell-out at Allstate Arena on November 25th for Survivor Series.
