Mandy Rose has a ton of fans who would leap at the opportunity to have a conversation with her. That adoration can sadly blind some fans, who want to keep up the illusion that a scammer isn’t using her name to earn a quick buck.

We’ve addressed scammers in the past, on several occasions. Sadly, this is still an issue. Mandy Rose recently had to burst a fans’ bubble when they thought that they were having a personal conversation with the Golden Goddess.

During a recent live stream, Mandy Rose addressed some fan questions. The former NXT Women’s Champion was asked if she’s been talking to a fan for the past three years on Google chat, but that’s not the case.

No, I do not have Google chat, and I have not been talking to you for the past three years.

Mandy Rose went on to explain that she addressed this fan question, because she wanted to make it very clear that she is not on that service. Mandy has an Instagram and a Twitter. She can also be contacted behind her premium content paywall, but there’s a fee attached to those messages.

Scammers are all around, and they’re using any number of threats to get the job done. Sometimes, they exploit people who think they are talking to one of their idols, and Mandy Rose is certainly a name they are likely to use.

What’s your take on this scammer on Google chat using Mandy Rose’s name? Sound off in the comments to let us know what you think!
