CM Punk always manages to make headlines no matter what he does and this doesn’t always work out in his favor. The Second City Saint is currently away from AEW television and fans haven’t forgotten about him at all. That said, he really doesn’t have a good relationship with Colt Cabana and there is a chance he could end up sharing a locker room with Cabana.

As previously reported, The Second City Saint will be returning to AEW programming as the main attraction for their new show AEW Collision, which will be two-hour show on Saturdays and that’s just the beginning.

The company even has a possible feud with Samoa Joe in the pipeline for CM Punk. However, it is to be noted that Colt Cabana has been working as producer for Ring Of Honor.

Ring Of Honor will be taped right after AEW Collision next month onwards, which presents an interesting situation due to Colt Cabana’s role as a producer. If he remains in that role then he and CM Punk could end up in the same locker room on most weeks.

According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, nothing is being said about AEW Collison by many in AEW because it has not officially been announced yet. It is also to be noted that Tony Khan said on Dynamite this week that an announcement is coming this Wednesday on TNT, but didn’t mention if it was about Collision.

Punk and Colt Cabana’s beef started over grabbing pizza with WWE Superstars. CM Punk is returning to AEW in just month’s time and fans simply can’t wait for his comeback. AEW even has a special name for Punk’s return episode, so we’ll have to see how the episode will turn out.

What’s your view on this Colt Cabana story? Do you think there will be a lot of locker room unrest after CM Punk returns? Let us know in the comments!
