WWE’s epic deal with Saudi Arabia brought a lot of questions throughout the fan base. The ten-year contract also made a lot of Superstars wonder exactly what they should expect as well. Dax Hawwood is no longer with WWE, but he was once in that boat wondering “what if” on the way to Saudi Arabia.

Dax Harwood recently called an end to his FTR podcast. During that series, he certainly said a lot and created some headlines. Now, his podcast is over, but there is one topic he did not cover.

Harwood saw that his co-host Matt Koon was asked what he wouldn’t talk about on his podcast. Koon said, “Saudi Arabia plane.” That was not all, because Dax Harwood himself chimed in to say that he was afraid for his own life if he really told all about what he saw in Saudi Arabia.

Honesty, I was afraid if I told the truth about what happened, I would’ve been found dead somewhere in my house.

WWE Superstars had quite a scare on their way back from Crown Jewel several years ago. Vince McMahon had an issue with money, and that caused him to cut the event’s live feed for Saudi Arabia. This was followed by a situation that was described as “hostage” by some. Thankfully, Saudi Arabia only kept those Superstars for about 24 hours longer before letting them go.

What’s your take on WWE’s deal with Saudi Arabia? Were you worried about the roster during that interesting situation so many years ago? Sound off in the comments!
