Charlotte Flair Believes Ric Flair Could Have ‘Sat Out’ His Last Match

Ric Flair’s is known for a lot of things, but he is still a human being in the end and is prone to making mistakes. The Nature Boy’s last match was memorable event, but it also had many people worried. It seems Charlotte Flair believes Ric Flair should have sat out his final match.

Ric Flair finally got the chance to retire on his own terms earlier last year. The Nature Boy teamed up with his son-in-law Andrade El Idolo and faced Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett on July 31st, 2022.

Ric Flair took some scary bumps and even bled during the match, something that he promised to do prior to the event. He also faked heart attack, which made many people worry for good reason. Flair won the match, much to the relief of fans as they never wanted to see him compete ever again.

While speaking with The Athletic, Charlotte Flair was asked about Ric Flair’s final match. The Queen made it clear that she believes Ric Flair could have sat out his final match.

“It was exciting for my husband but scary for my dad. I think he could have sat that one out, but we’re good. We made it.”

Despite that, Ric Flair is also very happy with how the match turned out, but has since made numerous teases about having yet another match in the future. We’ll have to see what’s next in store for Ric Flair.
