AEW has several members on their Women’s Roster who stand out from the rest. It’s hard to stand out more than when you’re literally an alien, but Kris Statlander hasn’t been around for quite some time due to injury.

Kris Statlander might have evolved a bit past her alien gimmick, but then an injury stopped her in her tracks. She isn’t going to let an injury stop her, because Statlander is still making progress back to the ring. She is also around backstage from time to time.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that Kris Statlander has been around AEW Dynamite since her injury. It was noted that she was backstage at, at least, the Lexington, Kentucky and Toronto episodes of AEW Dynamite.

Despite sustaining an ACL injury that will still have her sidelined for months, Statlander has been backstage at several AEW shows in recent months. We know for sure she was present at the Lexington and Toronto events.

AEW’s Women’s Division needs stars they can rely on to help sustain them in the years to come. Kris Statlander could very well be a tent pole for the division, but she needs to get through this injury situation first. At least she has been able to make it to a few events.
