CM Punk Mocks Report That He Is ‘Cancerous’ To AEW Locker Room

During the post-AEW All Out media scrum, CM Punk unleashed scathing tirade against Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks. His scathing remarks caused significant damage to his reputation within AEW and sparked a subsequent brawl that only exacerbated the situation. Punk also mocked reports that he was cancerous to the AEW locker room.

Since the All Out event, CM Punk has been absent from wrestling due to an injury to his triceps and underwent surgery to address it. He is currently recovering from his injury and has been making good progress in that regard.

It was previously reported that Chris Jericho told CM Punk that he was ‘a cancer’ for the AEW locker room and has been detrimental to the company. Seth Rollins also called CM Punk cancer during Royal Rumble weekend which led to a lot of discussions as well.

Earlier today, Punk used his Instagram account to seemingly mock the reports of him being labeled as ‘cancerous’ in the AEW locker room. He shared a comic featuring Danhausen stealing lemonade from a lemonade stand, along with a tongue-in-cheek caption.

CM Punk and The Elite have not mended fences while he remains on the shelf after suffering triceps injury. CM Punk could also return to AEW within the next couple of months. Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see what will become of CM Punk in the end.
