Mandy Rose was fired by WWE after she dropped the NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez. Fans believed Rose was destined for better things on the main roster, but that is no longer applicable as she was fired by WWE last week. A week after her release, the pro wrestling world continues to talk about Rose’s firing. Now it seems even Ric Flair has decided to share his thoughts on her release.

Mandy Rose was let go from her WWE contract due to content she posted behind her premium content paywall. It was reported that Mandy Rose was not even given chance to take down her premium content before her WWE release.

While speaking on his podcast, To Be The Man, Ric Flair talked about Mandy Rose’s WWE release. Ric Flair stated that if he were in Mandy Rose’s shoes, he would rather stay on television.

“Well, I don’t know what kind of money she was making with the company.

Personally, I only know Mandy a little bit. I really like her and I thought her work had really gotten a lot better in ‘NXT’ because she got more opportunities. I expected her to get back up on the main roster so only she can make that decision.

If I was her, I would rather be on TV. Stuff gets old and then you can’t come back from some of that stuff the more that you do. I’m not giving anybody advice. I’m not telling her how to run her life. I myself would rather be on TV.”

Mandy Rose has already earned $500K from her racy videos in just one week, and she’s well on her way to earning $1 million by the end of the year. WWE also isn’t closing the door on Mandy Rose’s return to the company in the future. It remains to be seen what the future will hold for Mandy Rose.
