The wrestling business has seen many great athletes come and go, but none has been going strong for 30+ years like Chris Jericho. A highly respected veteran, Jericho continues to amaze fans with his athleticism and charismatic persona. He recently donated a popular outfit that he wore back in his WWE days.

Chris Jericho has wrestled for every major promotion such as ECW, WCW, WWE, and his current home, All Elite Wrestling. He signed with the company back in 2019, becoming the first signee when the promotion came into existence by long-time wrestling fan and AEW President, Tony Khan.

The Ayatollah of Rock n’ Rolla is also popular for the constant evolution of his character. Whether it was Le Champion or the Y2J gimmick, Chris Jericho excelled in every presentation. The former ROH champion recently posted on Instagram announcing he has donated his iconic light-up jacket to the Hard Rock Hotel chains, with the artifact being showcased in their London hotel.

“It was such an honor to be asked to donate my iconic light-up jacket to the @hardrockhotels chain, back in the summer at @hardrockhotel.london and we discuss the whole process on #TalkIsJericho NOW! #ChaseMcCue, Director of Memorabilia for the Hard Rock franchise discusses how my jacket was chosen and the process that landed it in the @hardrocktampa, how they rigged the display case so the jacket is constantly lit up, where he acquires and adds to the over 80,000 pieces currently on display, how the acquisition process works, why an @ericclapton guitar was the first donated item over 50 years ago.”

Chris Jericho wore the jacket in WWE during his last major run, which ended somewhere around 2018. The Ucho recently lost his ROH World championship to Claudio Castagnoli at ROH Final Battle, ending his championship reign at 80 days.
