During the post-AEW All Out media scrum, CM Punk went nuclear on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks. This essentially opened up a can of worms and things got worse since then. Kenny Omega was bitten during the melee, and now we know how it went down.

CM Punk got into an altercation with The Elite and this also involved Ace Steel, who was said to have thrown steel chair that hit Nick Jackson in the eye. He also went ballistic for a good reason.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer explained how Ace Steel ended up biting Kenny Omega during the backstage brawl. It turns out that Omega was trying to get Steel off of Nick Jackson when it went down.

The claim is that [Ace Steel] was struggling with Nick [Jackson] and Kenny [Omega] was trying to pull him off and Kenny was trying to crossface him, so he bit Kenny, pulled his hair and all that stuff. So, that’s the story.

It was further said that Omega was not really upset initially before getting bitten by the AEW producer, but getting bitten changed things. Steel was also expected to be fired after the altercation backstage. Punk’s backstage altercation could also become legal issue soon, or his firing from the company. We’ll keep you updated on this ongoing story.
