Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre capped off a massive event in Cardiff’s Principality Stadium. They also had a huge crowd to witness the historic event. When the time came to announce the attendance number, WWE had a massive one to flex.

In the end, they announced an attendance of 62,296 fans in Principality Stadium. That is a massive number, but it is also no real surprise.

WWE unloaded over 60k tickets during the initial ticket. Sales slumped after that, which is why they offered discount tickets. That discount ticket move also upset a lot of those fans who bought tickets at full price.

Either way, it was a huge event in the UK, and it also gives WWE another reason to come back. You can check out a shot of the massive crowd below.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
