WWE Clash At The Castle is the next big premium live event fans can look forward to on September 3rd. It has already been announced that Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns will battle for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the main event. With Clash at the Castle just weeks away, there is evidence showing how many tickets have been sold thus far.

According to Wrestle Tix, the first WWE UK pay-per-view in nearly 20 years has sold 60,852 tickets thus far, with 10,959 tickets left. It should be noted that the event, which takes place at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, holds a capacity of 71,810.

Clash will feature wrestlers from both Raw and SmackDown. Interestingly, the WWE has yet to confirm whether major stars such as Brock Lesnar or Goldberg will appear at the show. The event may get a boost after the much-praised SummerSlam pay-per-view this past weekend.

As noted, the only match WWE has set up for Clash is the main event between McIntyre and Reigns. Only time will tell whether WWE will try to top the success of SummerSlam by bringing in major stars or even ex-WWE talent.
