Madusa Appears On WWE NXT 2.0 This Week

Madusa used to work in WWE as Alundra Blayze. Madusa won widespread acclaim for her in-ring prowess. She also gained tons of notoriety for trashing the WWE Women’s Championship on WCW TV years ago.

Madusa appeared on NXT 2.0 this week. The WWE Hall of Famer appeared during a backstage segment with Roxanne Perez. Madusa announced a fatal-four way elimination tag team match to determine the new NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.

Madusa has previously responded to Cora Jade’s treatment of the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship. For those not in the know, Jade trashed the title week after she turned heel on former best friend and tag partner Roxanne Perez. Madusa praised Jade for her heel promo.

Perez also relinquished the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship this week on NXT 2.0. The new champions will be determined in a match between the teams of Ivy Nile-Tatum Paxley, Gigi Dolin-Jacy Jayne, Katana Chance-Kayden Carter, and Yulisa Leon-Valentina Feroz.
