Britt Baker Wants A Piece Of Paige In AEW

Paige had to retire after she was kicked from the back by Sasha Banks during 2017 WWE MSG Show. That worsened an already career-threatening neck issue. She then became the General Manager of Friday Night Smackdown, among other things. Britt Baker also wants a piece of Paige in AEW.

Paige announced that she would be parting ways with WWE this month. This is because WWE chose not to re-sign her. Paige penned an emotional letter to WWE on the last day of her contract, and now she is free to work in any company she wants to.

While speaking to Riju Dasgupta, Britt Baker talked about Paige’s departure from WWE. The doctor made it clear that she wants to square off against Paige in AEW.

“I’m a huge fan of Paige. I love her. I love her mom. I’ve wrestled her mom before actually. But she’s such an inspirational female. That girl has gone through it all and she’s still, pardon my swearing, but she’s such a bad b***h and she has that everything roll off your back energy.

You can’t get to her. You know what I’m saying? She holds her head high and her in a wrestling ring again, if I’m not in the match, I want to be ringside watching it,” added Baker. “Because she was one of my favorites to watch. Her energy. I mean she would come out and do the sideways skip up the ramp. It made me so excited. I used to play her entrance music in my car. So, I’m a big fan.”

Paige is excited to see her journey after WWE. Many believe she might just make her way to AEW, so we’ll have to wait and see if that will happen or not.
