The pro wrestling world was shaken to the core when Vince McMahon announced his retirement from WWE. Vince had been the undisputed leader of the WWE since he bought the company from his father in 1982. It appears that a top star is wanting out of the company following McMahon’s exit.

Sean Sapp reported from behind his paywall that Brock Lesnar was not happy about the news and left the building. Lesnar was scheduled to appear on SmackDown tonight at TD Garden in Boston. He is also booked to compete at SummerSlam against Roman Reigns.

WWE sources have indicated that Vince McMahon will also no longer be head of creative. There were immediate internal rumors that Brock Lesnar was “very pissed off” about the news and left, as Bryan Alvarez reported. We have also heard this rumor.

Vince McMahon has also reportedly stepped away from all of his roles in the WWE. The 77-year-old had kept creative control to himself after he stepped away from his position as the chairman of the board.
