Paul “Triple H” Levesque recently took some time away from WWE due to some serious health issues. The Game reportedly has since returned to work full time, mostly out of the company’s Stamford, Connecticut office. Today, WWE announced that he is officially returning to a full-time executive role.

In a brief press release from WWE, it was announced that Paul Levesque will resume his position as EVP of talent relations. There were no further details. A quote from Triple H was included.

“I look forward to returning to my prior position as head of Talent Relations. I’m healthy, fired up, and ready to take charge.”

While it has been known that Triple H was back to work, his role was not exactly clear. Today’s press release should get rid of any doubt. The King of Kings is back in his previous talent relations role.

Triple H was forced to retire from in-ring competition due to his heart issues. He recently visited the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, where he gave vague message about his return. There was much speculation about what it could have meant.

It seems as though Triple H is comfortable enough with his health to resume full-time work. His wife, Stephanie McMahon, is the current interim CEO of the company while Vince McMahon’s hush money scandal is investigated. In WWE, sometimes the more things change the more they stay the same.
