Andrade El Idolo Out Of Action Due To Injury

The pro wrestling world has been infected by an injury bug that has put many wrestlers on the shelf. AEW alone has seen their top stars such as CM Punk and Adam Cole deal with injuries. Another injury was confirmed today.

AEW President Tony Khan was interacting with fans on Twitter when he revealed that Andrade El Idolo has been recovering from an injury. The AEW star hasn’t wrestled in three weeks.

Andrade El Idolo was originally supposed to face IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion Will Ospeary at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door PPV event on June 26th, but the match couldn’t take place because of the ongoing issues between AAA and CMLL.
