Report Shuts Down CM Punk’s Issues With Colt Cabana In AEW

Colt Cabana has not been seen on AEW programming for quite a while now. This is the case for both Dynamite and Dark episodes. Fans have been wondering the reason behind his absence as well. Dax Harwood also shut down a recent claim about Colt Cabana’s status in AEW as well.

Fightful reported behind their paywall that Cabana was expected to be cut before several members of the rosters spoke up against it. This was said to be due to his bitter relationship with CM Punk. Numerous talent “went to bat” for Cabana, as he is well-liked backstage.

One-half of the ROH World Tag Team Champions, Dax Harwood took to Twitter and shut down a recent claim made by Fightful’s report.
