The latest buzzword in pro wrestling industry is Cody Rhodes. The American Nightmare returned to the WWE after six-year absence on the opening night of WrestleMania 38.

Cody reacted to his return following his match with Seth “Freakin” Rollins at Mania 38. He tweeted, “Wrestling is a love story.” The tweet got a great deal of reaction from fans and wrestlers alike.

AEW stars the Young Bucks recently did an interview with Sports Illustrated. The Bucks explained the meaning behind the Twitter bio they came up shortly afterwards Cody’s tweet.

“That Twitter bio was actually dedicated to cynical wrestling fans who’ve always discredited us and shaped a narrative early on that we weren’t important to the launch of AEW. So they ran with a story that made more sense to them. We talk to Cody regularly, and hope nothing but the best for him.”
