The first night of the WWE Draft on tonight’s edition of SmackDown was a memorable night with makeshift changes made to the rosters of RAW and SmackDown. However, one announced appearance was missing from the proceedings, CM Punk.

The Best in the World was previously announced to appear on both nights of the WWE Draft citing his recent involvement in WWE particularly during WrestleMania 40 Kickoff shows amidst a triceps injury.

However, CM Punk did not appear onscreen for the first night of the WWE Draft tonight despite being advertised for the same. But Punk was in attendance for the show and was spotted watching from one of the exits to the backstage area.

With Punk not appearing for Night 1 of the WWE 2024, which has brought significant changes to the WWE landscape, we will have to wait and see if that remains the case on RAW next week too, or if CM Punk does appear live for the final night of the Draft.
