Cody Rhodes made his return to WWE on Saturday night at WrestleMania 38. This happened after a couple of months of speculation. Rhodes was chosen as Seth Rollins’ mystery opponent.
Cody Rhodes won the match as well. As soon as Rhodes made his WWE return, WWE released merchandise for him. The tees are available to purchase starting with $24.99 and one even features Rhodes’ signature and very infamous neck tattoo.
According to Brad Shepard, Cody Rhodes’ WWE t-shirt sales have been red hot since they were released. It is to be noted that Brad Shepard has a good track record in regards to merchandise sales over the last 4 years.
A source in WWE told me this morning that Cody’s t-shirt sales have been “red hot” since they were released.
Even CM Punk was happy that Cody Rhodes made his return to WWE. Now it remains to be seen whether Rhodes will be very successful in the company or not.
