On last night’s episode of WWE NXT 2.0, Xyon Quinn brawled with Santos Escobar at ringside during the #1 contenders tag team match. Later in the show, Elektra Lopez told Quinn not to mess with Legado del Fantasma. She also said he marched to his own beat and she admired him.

Xyon has been feuding with Legado del Fantasma for several weeks. He was offered a spot in the group but rejected it. At the time, Escobar was away. After his return, the faction jumped Quinn after a match aganst Andre Chase.

Now, Quinn and Escobar are scheduled for a singles match. The bout will take place on next week’s WWE NXT 2.0. It will be the first episode after WarGames, so there’s sure to be plenty of additional mayhem.

NXT WarGames takes place on Sunday night, November 5. It will feature a men’s and women’s WarGames match as well as two title matches. The show will air on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network elsewhere.

In the main event, old school meets new school as Team Black & Gold takes on Team 2.0. The old guard includes Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Pete Dunne, and LA Knight. Team 2.0 consists of Bron Breakker, NXT North American champion Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, and Tony D’Angelo.

The show will be a major showcase for WWE’s new brand of wrestling. There are a ton of new superstars on the show, including Von Wagner, who the company appears to be high on. He will team with Kyle O’Reilly against Imperium for the NXT Tag Team titles. Sunday night should be a jam-packed show for fans of the rainbow brand.
